Since we are a mid size startup company – We are very transparent organization. There are only 2 Levels – Management and Staff and the gap between these 2 Levels is not big. Employee suggestions are well respected and if it cannot be implemented, valid reason is given which will motivate them to suggest improvements in all the stages of company’s growth.
